Mrs. Dean started with Capital Southwest in 2017 and is the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, EVP and Treasurer, and Controller. Mrs. Dean’s thoroughness and task-driven personality enable her to skillfully manage deadlines and provide comprehensive support to our executives and their teams. Mrs. Dean not only supports our executive team but also manages the CSWC office. In her spare time, Mrs. Dean likes to travel with her husband and 4 kids.
